NOT SALT FAST!

Heeeyyy that looks like... I know what you're thinking. THIS IS NOT THE DRUGS THAT LINDSAY OR CHARLIE SHOOT UP THEIR NOSES! This is, my obese friend, is salt. Now if you're like me you put salt on almost everything.Did you know that salt causes diabetes, high blood pressure, hypertension, migraines, cancer, and acne? Me either! Being the fat guy with acne is not cool. Put the salt down.
