Q:What made you start The Obese Blog?

A: Ever since eight grade my weight has been up and down so i decided to take action and start The Obese Blog to help myself and others keep the weight off.

 Q: How exactly do you keep the weight off?

A: By exercising 30 minutes a day and making healthy decisions when it's time to chow down. Remember your body is obese, but eventually it will become a temple.

Q: What's the most weight you've lost?

A: I was up to 320 lbs in 2009 i guess its safe to say i was morbidly Obese. I lost 50lbs through diet and exercise within 3 months. It was a challenge me and my coworkers came up with to see who could lose the most weight that winter.

Q: Why is it so many Obese people in America?

A: I believe its so many tasty places to eat and it can be extremely expensive to eat healthy. I mean i can use a Mcdouble for .99cents right now jk jk. It's all about the dedication and will power.

Q: Since your so educated on healthy eating why don't you eat healthy all the time?

A: I work full time and sometimes i get lazy and it's hard to find the motivation to stick to the program. I recently just had a adorable beautiful girl with my honey bun so I'm up all night and my focus is on my family. I want to live a long and healthy life so its time to lose the fat.


Q: What's your favorite foods to eat?

A: I absolutely love American food. Cheeseburgers Hot dogs Fries. My taste buds need to go away for a year so i want indulge in such bull crap.


Q: Why should i read The Obese Blog?

A: You don't have to read my Blog. It's not like i have a hot dog bun to your head that squirts mustard. Anyway i promise to educate you on the right foods to eat and great substitutes for the foods you love to eat through humor brutal content and motivational posts.
